ARiSTON olives are offered in two varieties and in a range of convenient options including: Halkidiki and Kalamata olives are packed in glass (400ml) and in RPC thermic (2.4 lt) jars suitable for the Horeca service. Halkidiki olives are available whole or pitted and in special recipes such as with garlic, feta, almond, sun-dried tomato, or pimento.

Halkidiki olive has green color when it reaches maturity and it is resistant to cold and drought. It is a crispy and meaty olive, ideal for filling with high nutritional value. It is named after the region of Halkidiki in Macedonia / Greece and it is a registered P.D.O within the European Union since 2012.

Kalamata olive is large and has natural black color, meaty texture and fruity flavor. It is named after the city of Kalamata in Peloponnese / Greece and it is a registered P.D.O within the European Union since 1996.

Organic Kalamata olives

ARiSTON Kalamata olives are purely Greek, organically cultivated and harvested by hand. They are almond shaped, plump, dark purple olives with a meaty texture and rich fruity flavor. It is the most distinguished olive variety which grows to twice the size of other olive varieties. Whole or pitted, it adds special flavor and aroma to salads and other dishes.

Ingredients: Kalamata olives, water, red wine, vinegar, sea salt, grape must.

A special recipe of hand filled olives for gourmet lovers. Our pimento stuffed olives are made using Halkidiki olives and fresh strips of pimento. It can be enjoyed as starter or as an ideal ingredient for martini cocktails.

A special Greek recipe of hand filled olive with real Feta and Myzythra cheese from sheep and goat that graze freely in the herbaceous mountains of Greece. For this recipe we only use the best Halkidiki olives topped with mild olive oil and lemon juice dressing.
